Blues Singer (Benny Guitar Carr) Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions are a guide to help ensure effective collaborative working between Blues Singer (Benny Guitar Carr) and the client.
- An average show will entail 2 x 45 minute sets. Alternate timings can easily be arranged on request

- I will arrive at the venue at least 1 hour before the performance time to set-up. A poster will be provided by email / messenger in advance of the gig and I will promote the event on my Facebook page.
- I will aim to respond to client queries and messages as quickly as possible. For urgent queries please call 07988 616035 and leave a voicemail message.
- Gigs within a 20 mile radius of Kingsbridge are covered within the fee. Gigs in excess of 20 miles will be charged at 45p per mile (excluding the initial 20 miles) and will be added to the fee.
- Gig fees are to be paid in cash or by cheque on the day / evening of the event. If previously agreed gigs can be paid for by invoice. Invoices will be submitted by email within a few days of the gig and should be paid within 7 days of the email date
- If additional bookings are required please contact bennyguitarcarr@gmail.com / 07988 616035 for availability
- Cancellations can be accepted up to 3 weeks prior to the performance date. Any cancellations made nearer the performance date may be charged for at the full rate. This is subject to the discretion Blues Singer (Benny Guitar Carr).
